Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a charge.
We require a deposit of 50% of your booked service to hold any appointment spot.
This will NOT be refunded if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice.
As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to rebook it for you. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hour notice you will forfeit your deposit of 50%
Please also note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it can not be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no-show" & your deposit of 50% will be forfeited.
